The BBL CEO & Founders Retreat is an intimate experience with no conference rooms scheduled. Designed for leaders who spend most of their lives being the person everyone else turns to.
For three days, we’re changing that.
There are no stages, vendor booths, PowerPoints, or packed conference schedules. Instead, CEOs and founders will come together in a private setting at PIER 66 in Fort Lauderdale for a meaningful conversation, memorable experiences, incredible food, and the opportunity to build relationships with people who understand what it means to lead, build, risk, and grow.
The retreat is intentionally built around activities and conversation. Some of the most valuable discussions won’t happen during a scheduled session—they’ll happen over coffee in the kitchen, during a walk, sitting by the pool, over dinner, or while doing something completely unrelated to work.

Around the dinner table, everyone gets a few minutes to answer:
What did you build, why did you build it, and what part of the story don’t people usually hear?
End the evening casually—firepit, music, games, drinks, and conversation.
DAY 2 — GET REAL
Theme: The conversations CEOs rarely get to have.
Morning Coffee Conversation
No formal meeting room. Coffee, breakfast, comfortable clothes.
Conversation starters:
- What is keeping you awake right now?
- What decision are you avoiding?
- What is going incredibly well?
- Where are you stuck?
- What would you do differently if you started again?
Founder Hot Seats
Each person brings one real challenge to the group. The room asks questions, challenges assumptions, shares experiences,
and helps the founder think differently. No presentations. No decks. Just conversation.
